Bring inclusive books to the people and places that need them most.

Elizabeth's Bookshop & Writing Centre partners with organizations, schools, and community groups to host book drives and build book registries that put intentionally curated, inclusive titles into the hands of readers who need them. Whether it's a clinic’s waiting room, a classroom’s resource library, or a nonprofit's community space, we help organizations choose titles so that every reader, regardless of background, can see themselves reflected on the shelf.

How It Works

Book Drives: We help you organize a book drive for your organization, workplace, or event, from curating a suggested title list to coordinating delivery. Collected books go directly to the partner organization or cause you choose.

Book Registries: Similar to our classroom registry for teachers, we build a public wishlist through Bookshop.org for your organization. Share the link, and your community can purchase books directly for you, at no markup, with every purchase also supporting an independent bookstore.

Featured Partnership: Cleveland Book Bank

We're proud to partner with the Cleveland Book Bank, which distributes free books to children and families across Northeast Ohio, along with other local nonprofits working to close the book gap in our community. When you host a drive or registry through Elizabeth's, we'll help direct your donation to the Cleveland Book Bank or a cause that's meaningful to you.
