Elizabeth’s Bookshop & Writing Centre is popping up at the Akron Art Museum’s Family Day.
Come enjoy the art of storytelling as we celebrate the RETOLD: African American Art & Folklore exhibition! This event will feature literary, visual, musical, and performative means of storytelling that the entire family can appreciate. Families will create artworks, dance alongside performers, and engage with the incredible artworks RETOLD has to offer. Special Guests: Dr. Tameka Ellington, Dr. Babacar Mbaye, and Paul Gallagher.
